Dear 'space heater,'

I'd like to start off with thanking you for helping me write and record that song last weekend. You sounded better than ever -- so good that I photographed your knobs so I could reuse the same settings in the future. I feel grateful to have a creative collaborator like you. Especially considering the fact that you were given to me as a generous gift from my good friend Erik. When I look a you, I think of Erik's guinea pigs, how I would care for them and keep them alive. In some ways, you keep me alive as well (or lively at the very least). Especially when it came to recording 'Make Noise' together. That EP helped me get a lot out of my system and there's no way it would exist without your brilliant contributions. Even though I now have a bigger amp, I want you to know you'll always be my writing partner. I love, respect, admire and appreciate you.
